One more in a series of busted-up houses.


I don't know what smashed in the front here...

...but the damage extended to the adjacent wall.

The ceiling didn't fare much better.  In most cases, ceilings around here sat soaking in the water, then eventually came down on their own.  In some cases, there's hardly anything that fell; most of it dissolved into the water before it receded.

I can't tell whether the wind wrapped the curtain around the rafters or if the water floated this section up there.

What's up with these bottles on the table?  The water was considerably higher than this.  Why didn't they float away?  Or were they deposited there after the water receded?

I don't think a steam cleaner is going to do the trick here.
