A(nother) Church, etc.
Don't even get me started.  If the fact that churches weren't spared in any greater proportion than crack houses doesn't inspire a twinge of agnosticism in you, then there's no hope you're going to view anything else on this site through a rational lens.

First thing you should note here is the skull and 'X' to denote the searchers discovered a body here.

They're cleaning out the church now.  I'm not optimistic enough to believe Katrina washed away any of the dogma.

I don't know what to make of this.  Collection plates?

A view from the back of the church to the altar where they undoubtedly talked about Noah at some point but didn't bother to design the place to float... even though everyone knew a flood was coming.

A house behind the church.  Someone died here as well.  (See the skull on the left.)

Someone explained to me what all the markings like these in orange meant, but I've since forgotten.

Here's a look inside the place through the smashed out front window.

I have no idea why the water in this bottle is this color.  I should have checked if the seal was closed.  Either way, it likely floated in the flood waters for a month or more.
