Another hole in the water

We've previously encountered this design in several other places including the Well and the Turtle Suicide Tunnel, so I wanted to see this one as well (no pun intended).  I had heard about it variously through several explorers, even though they downplayed this one.  It definitely isn't as interesting as the others, but it is included here for the sake of completeness.

Here it is.  You can actually see the bottom maybe three feet below the surface of the pond (or river?  I don't know what this is).
