• Chicane - Official page.  New profile to go with the new record label of my favorite electronic artist, and probably the guy I listen to more than anyone.

• Depeche Mode -  Awwww, come on.  You know who they are.

• Yaz (aka Yazoo) - This is where Vince Clark ended up between Depeche Mode and Erasure.

• Erasure - You know some of their songs.  This is where Vince Clark found his way to finally.

• Holloway -  Very talented hobbiest musician who makes amazing, well-produced, and beautiful music.  (Note: Formerly known as Riddler J.)

• Auditory Canvas -  Breakbeat / Down-tempo / Electronica.

• MinusBlue -  Intelligently produced.  Great sound.  Good songs.  Give them a listen.

• Fluency - Trance / Breakbeat / Electronica.

• Retro-Date -  Clunky but interesting tracks.

• Motorcycle -  You may not remember that night at the club, but odds are you danced to "As the Rush Comes" at some point.

• The CS Audio Project -  One guy with a guitar and some studio wizardry.

• HiFi Heroes -  Great tracks reminiscent of Depeche Mode but highly original.

• Sleeplab -  Terrific blend of electronic and acoustic styles.

Rockabilly

• The Stray Cats -  There's still no greater guitarist in rockabilly or swing than Brian Setzer, and the songs are worth soloing to, too.

• Reverend Horton Heat -  And he plays a Gretsch like me.  Preach on!

• Punk Rock Dinosaurs -  Rock, Punk, Psychobilly.  There.  You've had the recommended daily allowance of cool.

Rockers

• Roger Waters -  Bass player, sometime singer, and primary songwriter for Pink Floyd before he broke away.

• David Gilmour -  Guitarist, sometime singer, and occasional songwriter for Pink Floyd.  Now he has a solo album out.

• Richard Wright -  Keyboardist, occasional singer, and once in a dark side of a blue moon songwriter for Pink Floyd.

• Alan Parsons Project -  They still put out interesting work and actually keep up with the times.  I was impressed.

• Lita Ford -  She went to party last Saturday night, didn't get laid, got in a fight.

• Barry Kooda -  He's a little bit country and a whole lotta rock and roll.  Dallas' own!

Experimental

• The Chimeneas -  Local experimental band.  I'm friends with the drummer.

• The Darkerlife & LokII Project -  Grunge / Experimental / Comedy.  You try to cram those three styles together and see what you come up with.

Awesome jazz guitarists

• Django Reinhardt -  The greatest guitarist who ever lived.  I'm not making this up.

• Johnny Smith -  Under-rated.  You probably haven't heard of him, but you should definitely hear him.

• Jimmy Bruno -  AMaster of arpeggiation.
