Meet Mugsy...

Mugsy was surrendered by the family that adopted (and apparently neglected) him.  When we first took him in, he was extremely wary of people, which is highly unusual for a pug.  Since we've had him, he has gradually come out of his shell and is very loving.  He is getting back to being a pug again, and he would love to find a permanent home.

As for some of the questions you might have...

Some more pictures:
No, Mugsy, I'm not going to pour gasoline on you.

Why he prefers the bottom of the printer table to a bed is beyond me.

He still looks terrified of everything here.  This picture was taken maybe the second day we had him, and he still cringed when anyone tried to pet him.

Mugsy is currently being fostered in my home in Fort Worth, TX.  If you are interested in adopting him or want to meet him to see if he would be a good match, you can contact me with questions or visit the website of the DFW Pug Rescue (for whom he is being fostered) to fill out an application.
